Your information
Privacy policy. Privacy Policy
How information is collected, used and shared when you use WeKure services, and how to contact us about your privacy.
1. About this policy
This policy explains how information is handled through the Wekure Health website, including its EveryYou and WeKure Gulf services. WeKure coordinates enquiries and access to care. Hospitals, clinicians, insurers and other independent providers may have their own privacy notices for the services they deliver.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, we collect your name, phone number, email address, age, intended treatment, destination, payment or insurance information, and messages you submit. An enquiry may also record its source page, submission time and your consent to follow-up.
Account features may process registration, sign-in and profile information through our authentication provider, Clerk. If you use document analysis, insurance checks or AI-assisted features, the documents, policy details or text you supply may be processed for that request. Health and insurance information can be sensitive: provide only what is needed and do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unrelated identity documents.
3. How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, coordinate consultations and requested services, manage accounts, review insurance-related requests, provide site features, troubleshoot problems and protect the service against abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment, medical suitability or insurance approval.
Where a form asks for consent to contact you or share your enquiry with a care coordinator or treating centre, that consent is recorded with the submission. You can contact us to withdraw consent for future optional follow-up; withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out.
4. Service providers and sharing
Enquiries may be stored in our database and sent to our configured customer-management system and email service for follow-up. Relevant information may be shared with care coordinators, treating centres and insurance-related service providers to handle the service you request.
We use infrastructure and application providers, including Replit for hosting, Clerk for authentication, and OpenAI-powered processing for applicable AI or document-analysis features. These providers process information needed for their functions. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, telephone or email, the relevant communications provider also handles information under its own policies. WhatsApp and telephone contact can disclose your number; email discloses your email address.
5. Cookies, browser storage and technical information
Authentication and service features may use cookies or similar storage to maintain sessions and protect accounts. The site uses browser storage for preferences such as your Gulf language choice and the care site selected for the current visit.
Hosting and application systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request times and diagnostic events. You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out, reset preferences or prevent some features from working.
6. Retention and security
Retention depends on the information involved, the purpose of the service, applicable legal requirements and the systems that process it. Enquiries, account records, communications and provider records may have different retention periods. Contact us to ask about the records relevant to you or to request deletion.
We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Deletion requests may be subject to legal obligations, necessary record-keeping and backup retention. Please do not send sensitive documents through public messages or include more medical information than needed.
7. International processing
WeKure Gulf supports enquiries from outside India, and service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Privacy rules can differ between countries. Contact us if you need more information about the handling of your enquiry before submitting sensitive information.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or information about its use and sharing. To make a request, email care@wekurehealth.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or enquiry, but do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. If you are enquiring for a parent, child or another person, ensure that you have appropriate permission or legal authority to provide their information. Some requests may be limited by legal requirements or the rights of other people.
9. Children and information about others
Children should not independently submit sensitive information or create accounts through this site. A parent or lawful guardian should contact the care team when seeking services for a child. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, contact us to request a review.
10. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services or information-handling practices change. Please review it before providing information. For privacy questions, requests or concerns, contact care@wekurehealth.com.
