Terms of Service
This page explains the scope of Wekure Health’s care coordination, charges and policy responsibilities.
Wekure Health’s role
Wekure Health coordinates access to care. It runs its own clinics for general surgery and coordinates eye surgery, including cataract, LASIK and ICL, at NABH-accredited partner hospitals, as well as care for other specialties. Wekure Health is a care coordinator; hospitals and other providers deliver the treatment and are responsible for the services they provide.
Consultation, fees and insurance
Consultation through Wekure Health is free. Surgery fees are charged according to the partner hospital’s estimate, which is shared before admission. Hospital charges and applicable cancellation or refund terms are governed by the hospital’s disclosed policy. Wekure Health may assist with insurance pre-approval and paperwork, but the insurer decides approval, coverage and payment.
Cancellations and refunds
Wekure Health does not charge a cancellation fee before admission. Any payment made to a hospital or another provider is subject to that provider’s disclosed policy. No refund, refund amount or processing timeline is guaranteed.
