Consultation and estimates

Consultation through Wekure Health is free. Surgery fees are set by the partner hospital and are based on its estimate, which is shared before admission. The services and charges included in a hospital estimate should be checked with the hospital before proceeding.

Cancellation and refunds

Wekure Health does not charge a cancellation fee for a cancellation made before admission. Any amount paid to a hospital or another provider, and any refund that may be available, is governed by that provider’s disclosed policy. Please review the hospital’s cancellation and refund terms before admission. Wekure Health cannot guarantee a refund or a refund amount or timeline.

Insurance

Wekure Health can help coordinate insurance pre-approval and related paperwork. The insurer alone decides whether a request is approved, what is covered, and the amount payable. Pre-approval or assistance with a claim is not a guarantee of coverage or payment.
