Policy eligibility
Ask about medical necessity, waiting periods, exclusions and benefit limits. Refractive surgery may be excluded; there is no universal eye-power threshold or automatic LASIK cover.
Understand your cover before travel
Bring your insurance questions, not assumptions. We help coordinate eligibility and preauthorization enquiries with participating centres in Kerala, Delhi and Mumbai.
An assessment before a treatment decisionInternational patients, welcome
For eligibility review. Cashless treatment requires policy eligibility, a participating centre and insurer preauthorization. Limits, exclusions and co-payments may apply.

Also welcoming enquiries from these companies. TPA means third-party administrator, not an insurer.
Not just these 20. Enquiries from all international insurers are welcome.Logos identify the companies only; listing does not establish a partnership or guarantee coverage.
Ask about your coverReview before relying on cover
Company names and logos identify companies only. They do not establish a partnership, approval or coverage for a specific patient.
Ask about medical necessity, waiting periods, exclusions and benefit limits. Refractive surgery may be excluded; there is no universal eye-power threshold or automatic LASIK cover.
Confirm that the intended centre in Kerala, Delhi or Mumbai can review your policy and coordinate the relevant insurer or TPA process.
Insurer approval is required for cashless treatment. An enquiry or the presence of a company logo is not preauthorization or a confirmed booking.
Confirm co-payments, deductibles, limits and non-covered items in writing. Lens upgrades and other choices may add costs; cashless does not mean zero cost.
All international insurers are welcome for enquiries, not just the 20 companies listed. NORKA scheme eligibility is a separate review; a card alone does not establish treatment coverage. Please don’t send policy numbers, medical documents or identity details in your first enquiry.
Before you book
Essentials for international insurance.
Ask the care teamWe welcome international insurance enquiries for cashless eligibility review at participating centres in Kerala, Delhi and Mumbai. Your insurer must preauthorize treatment. Coverage, exclusions, co-payments and your own costs must be confirmed before booking; cashless does not mean universally free care.
A card alone does not establish cover; scheme terms and insurer approval apply. LASIK and ICL can be covered by health insurance depending on your policy's clauses. Wekure Health reviews your insurance documents and clauses and confirms cashless eligibility before surgery. Coverage, limits and any patient contribution require insurer confirmation; cashless is not guaranteed. Zero-cost EMI is subject to lender approval.
