Cataract: cashless with most health insurance and corporate employee plans, subject to policy terms, sub-limits and insurer approval. Premium lens upgrades and other non-payable items may leave a patient contribution. LASIK and ICL can be covered by health insurance depending on your policy's clauses. Wekure Health reviews your insurance documents and clauses and confirms cashless eligibility before surgery. Coverage, limits and any patient contribution require insurer confirmation; cashless is not guaranteed. Eligibility is reviewed at participating centres in Kerala, Delhi and Mumbai. Zero-cost EMI is subject to lender approval.

Understand your options
An implantable collamer lens (ICL) is placed inside the eye while retaining the natural lens. It can be an option for selected people with high prescriptions or corneas unsuitable for laser correction. It requires careful sizing and assessment of the space and health inside the eye. Although a lens can sometimes be removed or exchanged, doing so is another operation and is not risk-free.
An individual decision

Tests are selected by the clinician. Information on this page is general guidance, not a diagnosis or a recommendation for surgery.
Risks include raised eye pressure, cataract, infection and endothelial cell loss. Long-term reviews are important. Lens availability and preparation can require extra planning time before treatment.
