Insurance eligibility review
Cataract: cashless with most health insurance and corporate employee plans, subject to policy terms, sub-limits and insurer approval. Premium lens upgrades and other non-payable items may leave a patient contribution. LASIK and ICL can be covered by health insurance depending on your policy's clauses. Wekure Health reviews your insurance documents and clauses and confirms cashless eligibility before surgery. Coverage, limits and any patient contribution require insurer confirmation; cashless is not guaranteed. Eligibility is reviewed at participating centres in Kerala, Delhi and Mumbai. Zero-cost EMI is subject to lender approval.
SMILE Pro is refractive surgery. Policy exclusions, medical necessity and insurer preauthorization must be checked; coverage is not automatic.

About SMILE Pro
SMILE Pro is small-incision lenticule extraction using a femtosecond laser. A thin piece of tissue is created within the cornea and removed through a small incision to change its shape, without a LASIK-style flap. It is an option for selected prescriptions, not a universal replacement for other forms of vision correction.

- May be considered for adults with stable myopia, with or without suitable astigmatism.
- Corneal shape and thickness must be suitable for the planned correction.
- Existing dry eye or another eye condition requires assessment; a flapless technique does not eliminate all risks.
